Master bedroom 1 has King-sized bed, TV, DVD player, walk-in wardrobe, with wall safe, huge, luxury en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit and lights above, a hair dryer, double-size oval bath, separate shower and WC.

Master bedroom 2 has King-sized bed, TV, built in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with vanity unit with lights above, double-size oval bath/shower and hair dryer.

2 twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes containing 2 single beds each and plenty of clothes storage space. Both have TVs and one also has a VCR. There is a bathroom situated between these rooms with a vanity unit with lights above, hair dryer, full size bath/shower and WC.

The kitchen contains a breakfast bar a full range of appliances including -

    * Double sink with waste disposal unit
    * Large range/oven
    * Microwave
    * Dishwasher
    * Large fridge/freezer with instant ice cube maker/cold water dispenser
    * Larder
    * Fully stocked cupboards with contents including cooking pots and pans, crockery, automatic coffee machine, blender, juice extractor and electric waffle maker
    * cutlery, glass and tableware

In the adjoining laundry room you will find -          

    * Large automatic washing machine
    * Large tumble dryer
    * Ironing board and iron.

The lounge has a leather suite comprising of a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and an arm chair. There are sofa tables with lamps and a coffee table with drawers containing brochures and information about the surrounding area and its attractions. A 999 chanel cable TV, DVD player and Hi Fi are installed; there is also a small library of books for our guests, and maps and travel books of local interest.

There is a beautifully equipped Games Room for your enjoyment, containing a pool table, electronic turbo air hockey, a dart board, Flat Screen TV and Hi Fi.

The private south/west facing 28ft x 14ft swimming pool and spa are reached by sliding patio doors from the lounge and Bedroom 1.  There is extra, extended decking and patio furniture supplied. The ground surrounding the pool area has been planted with numerous, mainly flowering plants and shrubs, which are maintained weekly but our own gardeners.

FREE OF CHARGE - A high chair, pushchair , travel cot  and toy box are available for our youngest visitors.
